Please refer to the conditions of service for contestable consumers (i.e. those who have switched to an electricity retailer) in the Open Electricity Market.
When a consumer switches to buy electricity at market prices, a new set of Conditions of Service approved by the EMA will take effect. It sets out the terms and conditions for SP Services as the Market Support Services Licensee (MSSL) to provide market support services to contestable consumers.
