If you wish to shut down your installation for a period of time due to unforeseen situations (e.g. fire outbreak) and no de-energisation is required, you will need to inform SP Services at least 7 business days in advance with the supporting documents. Otherwise you will be billed based on the estimated consumption during the shutdown period.
If you require a de-energisation of installation for the shutdown, you or your retailer (on behalf of you) will have to make an application to SP PowerAssets for the shutdown.
