E-Services

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and system reliability, we will be upgrading the OEM e-Services portal in September 2026.  

After the launch of the new e-Services portal, all existing users as well as new users are required to create a new e-Services account to continue accessing the full suite of e-Services for their utilities account.

Track and View Historical Consumption Charts

• View your consumption details in half-hourly, weekly, monthly and yearly intervals.
• Compare your consumption usage across different time periods.

Submission of Meter Readings

• Submit your monthly meter readings to be billed on actual usage 

If you are buying electricity from a retailer and not SP Group, an e-Services account will enable you to view and download your electricity usage.

If you are buying electricity from SP Group, access your electricity bill and consumption information via the SP Utilities portal.
