The Open Electricity Market e-Services portal allows consumers who have switched to a retailer to:

1. View and download their electricity usage.

• The usage data is solely intended to provide consumers with an estimate of the electricity consumed at their premises and may not be used for billing purposes.

• There may be empty intervals of data on the estimated consumption data chart from time to time while data is being processed.

2. Grant consent to retailers to view their personal information, such as their monthly or half-hourly consumption data.
3. Submit meter readings three days before and up to 5 pm on their scheduled meter reading date after switching to a retailer.

• Consumers can submit their own meter reading after switching if they prefer to be billed based on their actual meter readings for the months where their consumption is estimated.

• Submission of self-reads are not compulsory as their electricity consumption will be estimated on alternate months. SP Group reads their meters every two months.

Note: If you need to submit your final meter reading prior to switching to a new retailer, please do so via the online form here during the stipulated window period.

You can view your daily half-hourly usage for the last 3 months. You can also view your electricity usage in daily and monthly intervals for the last 3 years on the e-Services portal.

Step 1 –  Sign up
Register for an e-Services account here.

Step 2 – Verify your email and set up MFA
Verify your email address and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) using an authenticator app.

Step 3 – Link your Market Support Services (MSS) account
Complete the online application form. Once your details are successfully verified, your registration will be completed.

Simply log in with your registered email address and complete the onboarding process to access your utilities account.

You will need to provide the following details:

• Market Support Services (MSS) account number

• Postal code of the premises

• Partial NRIC / FIN / Passport number

All details must match our records.

No, your electricity account will not be linked automatically.

After registering, you will need to link it manually by entering the required account details, which will be shown during the linking process.

Go to Login > Forgot your password.

Enter your email address and click “Continue”.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note that passwords are case- and space-sensitive.

If you need to reset your password, please click on “Login” and select “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

New and existing Market Support Services (MSS) accounts registered under the same identification number (NRIC/FIN/Passport) will be reflected in your e-Services account once you log in.

New MSS accounts registered under a different account holder cannot be added to your existing online profile.

If your identification number has changed:
Please contact us via SP Group’s online enquiry page with your updated identification card details.

The portal is being upgraded to improve security and system reliability.

As part of this upgrade, all users will need to create a new e-Services account.

For security reasons, accounts from the previous system cannot be transferred.

• Existing login credentials will no longer work once the old system is retired.
• You will need to create a new account when the upgraded portal is ready by September 2026.

You may register once the upgraded portal is launched.

Updates will be provided ahead of the launch.

Yes, you can register at any time after the portal launch.

Yes, you may use your existing email address, as long as it has not been registered in the new system.

No. The old OEM e-Services Portal will no longer be accessible after the upgrade.

• A valid email address which has never been used to registered for a e-Services account
• Access to your email (for verification)
• Your electricity account details 
• A mobile device for one time verification (OTP) (You may use Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator)
